M: Before I return your security deposit, I′ll have to come over and inspect the apartment. If any repairs are needed, your deposit money will help pay for them.
W: Okay, that′s fine. I′ve taken good care of the place over the last year, so I don′t think you′ll find any problems. Some of the paint on the outside walls is peeling off, but it was like that when I moved in.
M: Yes, I remember. I′ll just be looking at the interior of the building, though. When would it be convenient for me to stop by?
W: You can come today, if you like. I′ll be here for the rest of the afternoon.
