MA: Hi, what time do you close tonight? I need to get an anniversary gift for my wife.
WB: We stay open until 8 p.m., and, if you won′t be able to get to the store today, we′ll be open at 9 o′clock tomorrow morning.
MA: I should be able to get there by 7:30 at the latest. But, in case I don′t, will you set aside the product for me if I give you the product number?
WB: I′m afraid I can′t. Under our store policy, we can′t take requests to reserve items over the phone because a cash deposit is required.
