Duties and Main Responsibilities
* Accurate and efficient dealings with any customer requests received by phone, fax, or e-mail
* A detailed knowledge is required of all available services so that any question asked by a customer can be answered in a competent professional manner.
* You will be required to liaise with all internal departments to source out relevant information with which to deal with customer inquiries.
* A good working knowledge of the services provided by all video and Internet conferences
Required Experience and Qualifications
* At least six months of experience, preferably in a 5 telecommunications customer service background
* Capable of showing a high level of oral and written skills
* Competent with all forms of data entry and word processing
* Efficient and approachable when dealing with both customers and colleagues
* An ability to demonstrate a capacity for problem solving
* Confident when working on your own initiative or in a team environment
