The next topic on today′s meeting agenda is some upcoming maintenance work. During a routine building inspection last Wednesday, the engineer reported that the flooring in the lobby was a potential hazard. A leaking pipe from below has damaged the flooring in the lobby. As a result, the floor is structurally weak in some places. Starting next Monday, a construction crew will be working on repairing and replacing these floorboards. This is a major task that is expected to take until the end of the week to complete. Please don′t use the main entrance or lobby area during this time. Instead, enter through the back entrance on Whittaker Street. You also won′t be able to access the lobby elevators, so we would appreciate it if you could all try to take the stairs.
