Man: How often does this happen?
Woman: She′s 10 to 15 minutes late just about every morning.
Man: Please let her know that we expect employees to be on time. As her supervisor, that′s your responsibility. We have to put an end to this behavior before it becomes a bigger problem.
Woman: All right, I′ll speak to her about it today.
Man: You really must, before the problem gets out of hand. If you let this continue, her co-workers will think that they can do the same thing.
