XT procedure is very simple. First you get the proper form and a box down from the supply room. When you filled out a form and the box is ready, you go to the shipping office to have the package certified. At that time the office manager will approve all the paperwork. Then you take the box to the clerk who will mail the package. Oh, and make sure you keep the carbon copy of the shipping form and file them under outgoing.
